The picture becomes a design, and then a person checks whether it is actually going to look like your photograph. That judgement is the part software cannot do.
You approve the design
We send you a picture of the piece, with the price and a lead time. Nothing is made and nothing is charged until you have seen it and said yes.

Once your photograph has been drawn up we send you a picture of the piece, and nothing is made until you have approved it. If it does not look like the photograph you sent, say so and we will work on it again or refund you — you are not committed by having asked.
